Throwing the spotlight on First Nations fashion designers – Life Matters

Fashion Week kicks off in Sydney next week, officially marking the event’s 25th birthday after the pandemic pushed back last year’s milestone.

This year will see the first curated presentation of First Nations designers to show at Fashion Week, with the line up made up of First Nations models across two runway shows.

Organisers say the platform will amplify the voices and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the industry.

Guest:

Grace Lillian Lee, Founder and Director of First Nations Fashion and Design
